These terms govern the Velo Rehab text messaging (SMS) program.

Program Description

By opting in to SMS from Velo Rehab LLC — whether by phone, intake form, web form, or other medium — you agree to receive text messages from us related to your equipment delivery and service. This includes messages for delivery scheduling and confirmations, technician arrival notifications, equipment pickup coordination, and customer care.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most patients receive a small number of messages around each scheduled delivery or pickup.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Velo Rehab does not charge for text messages.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START at any time.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
